Developed a clinical decision support system to assess the risk of lung cancer for prevention and earlier diagnosis in people with HIV. Curated an extensive multicenter database. Predicted lung cancer risk using stratified, multivariable logistic regression models. Developed a risk score with 80% sensitivity and outperformed existing guidance.
