I am a biomedical data scientist with 20 years of experience using advanced analytical tools to transform data into actionable information and knowledge for some of the largest biopharmaceutical and clinical organizations. I possess an executive presence and have built solid teams, driving cross-functional collaboration to help organizations fulfill their missions.

I currently work for Praxis Precision Medicines as the Vice President and Head of Data Sciences, overseeing Biostatistics, Data Management, Statistical Programming, Analytics, and Visualizations for several Cerebrovascular and Neuroscience diseases. Previously, I served as Vice President and Head of Biometrics at SpringWorks Therapeutics, overseeing Biostatistics, Data Management, Statistical Programming, and Data Standards for a diverse portfolio of rare oncology indications. Before joining SpringWorks, I worked at Pfizer, the world's largest global pharmaceutical company, where I managed an international team and a diverse portfolio of rare disease and biosimilar therapeutics in oncology, immunology, and inflammation. I possess extensive teaching experience, serving in adjunct roles in biostatistics at UNC at Chapel Hill, Rutgers University, and Boston University. I earned my Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics and have a master's degree in Biostatistics and Computer Information Systems. Through my service in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, I have accumulated a strong knowledge of biostatistics and informatics, with high proficiency and technical fluency in numerous tools used in the quantitative life sciences.
