I am a biomedical data scientist with 20 years of experience using advanced analytical tools to transform data into actionable information and knowledge for some of the largest biopharmaceutical and clinical organizations. I have an executive presence  and have built solid teams and driven cross-functional collaboration to help organizations fulfill their mission.

I currently work for SpringWorks Therapeutics as the Vice President and Head of Biometrics, overseeing Biostatistics, Data Management, and Statistical Programming for a diverse rare oncology portfolio. Before SpringWorks, I worked for Pfizer, the world's largest global pharmaceutical company, managing an international team and diverse portfolio of rare disease and biosimilar therapeutics in oncology, immunology, and inflammation. I possess extensive teaching experiences, serving in adjunct roles in biostatistics at UNC at Chapel Hill, Rutgers University, and Boston University. I earned my Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics and have master's degrees in Biostatistics and Computer Information Systems. I have a strong knowledge of biostatistics and informatics and high proficiency and technical fluency in many tools used in quantitative life sciences.

I have been, and I always will be, dedicated to roles and organizations, bringing transformative therapies to people suffering from disease and in need of health care. I am drawn to organizations that share my vision.
